DescriptionA Manager has the responsibility for professionally directing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of training; including food safety, team compliance with processes and procedures, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring guests receive the highest quality in products and services, and other duties as required.Requirements

• The person applying for this position must have exceptional organizational skills. At least 2 years of experience in Training and People Development is required. You must be 21+ years old for this job. If a student, classes must be online, allowing for open/flexible availability.
• MUST be able to work both Fridays and Saturdays
• Participating operationally in day to day activities in high-volume fast-paced restaurant.
• Offer the Team encouragement to stay true to 2nd Mile Service goals.

• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift and act as a role model for our team.
• Be a friendly encouraging team player.
• Excellent Communication Skills both written and spoken.
• Availability to work 35-40 hours per week.
