Job Description: Front of House Team MemberPosition Overview: As a Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A Beltway 8 & Hammerly, you'll be essential in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service and smooth operations. As the face of our restaurant, you'll interact directly with guests, take orders, prepare food, and ensure a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Starting Pay: $13.00-$14.00 | Full-Time & Part-Time Status $12.00+ | High-School Part-Time StatusKey Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service Excellence: Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take orders accurately and in an efficient manner at the front counter and drive-thru, ensuring order accuracy and customization based on guest preferences. Creating a memorable experience with everyone who comes into contact with Chick-fil-A Beltway 8 & Hammerly
  • Order Preparation: Assemble orders with attention to detail, ensuring all items are included and presented neatly. Follow food safety guidelines and portion control standards while preparing and packaging food items
  • Cash Handling: Process payments, handle cash correctly, and maintain a balanced cash register. Provide guests with accurate change and receipts as needed
  • Drive-Thru Assistance: Efficiently manage the drive-thru line, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Dining Area Maintenance: Keep the dining area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times when needed. Clear tables, wipe surfaces, and restock necessary supplies as needed
  • Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a courteous and respectful manner, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly. Create eye contact, share a smile and speaking with a friendly tone are crucial when interacting with guest
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members, kitchen staff, and leadership to ensure efficient operations and a cohesive team environment
  • Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Follow proper procedures for cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving guest service, operational efficiency, and team dynamics
