Join our team as a Front Office Assistant where you'll play a key role in welcoming clients, managing communications, and supporting office operations. You will be asked to work 32 hours per week with the option to work 4 or 5 days a week.

Compensation - $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage inquiries
  • Maintain company calendar, schedule appointments, send reminders
  • Input data and generate reports using CRM software
  • Proof and edit weekly articles and scripts
  • Assist with event preparation and administrative projects
  • Perform general office tasks (faxing, photocopying, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
