The ideal candidate will have experience in a Dental office setting and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Check patients in for their surgical procedures.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage.
- Collect and post payments.
- Assist with patient paperwork and medical history.
- Manage patient records and files.
- Prepare information and documents needed for the following day.
- Communicate with clinical staff members.
- Enjoy interacting with patients and working in a team environment.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a medical or dental office setting (Oral Surgery preferred).
- 1+ years of administration assistant or receptionist experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain accurate at all times.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
