Position: Front Office Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including assisting with clerical tasks and data entry.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain organized records and assist with day-to-day office operations.
- Proactively assist with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth office workflow.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, clerical work, or office administration is preferred.
- Proficiency with basic computer programs (e.g., Google, Adobe, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Any experience with QuickBooks Desktop or Online is a significant plus.
- A positive attitude, willingness to help, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Must pass a clean background check.
