We are looking for an amazing Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team! Schedule: We offer a great work/life balance by providing a 4 day work week!
    • Monday: 7:30am - 5pm
    • Tuesday: 7:30am - 5pm
    • Wednesday: 7:30am - 5pm
    • Thursday: 7:30am - 2pm
    • Friday: Off
    • Saturday: Off
    • Sunday: Off
ResponsibilitiesThe Front Office Coordinator should:
  • Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
  • Develop productive schedules.
  • Manage patient documents and records.
  • Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
  • Present treatment plans and collect payments
  • Arrange payment plans for patients
  • Knowledge of dental insurance verification
  • Ability to submit dental insurance claims electronically
  • Knowledgeable or willingness to learn A&R for 30/60/90 aging claims
  • Electronically process insurance pre-determinations when needed
Qualifications
  • Warm and friendly personalities are welcomed!
  • Knowledge of Dental Insurance and Treatment planning is preferred
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn dental operations
  • Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
