Job Overview

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office team. Working closely and in collaboration with the clinic RN Manager, in partnership with the Clinic Administrator, the Front Office Manager will lead by example in meeting the expectations of our patients, internal and external customers by ensuring the delivery of the highest quality patient experience. With large/multi-clinic oversight, the Front Office Manager will measure the Front Office team performance against quality, patient experience and front office goals; identifying trends and implementing process improvements while maintaining consistent training for front office staff. The Front Office Manager will also maintain the provider templates of a large/multi-site clinic and work closely with Patient Access and Front Office Processing to ensure appropriate access for our patients. Provider clinic leadership support in absence of Clinic Administrator.

Minimum Requirements

1. AA degree or currently enrolled in undergraduate program that will result in a Bachelor's degree required.

2. A minimum of five years of supervisory/management experience in a customer facing organization required; healthcare front office setting preferred.

3. BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.

4. Bilingual: English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on location preferred.

Compensation

$82,070.94 - $102,588.68 annually
