Come join our award-winning team as a Front Office Supervisor at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Idaho Falls. Position is full-time (30+hours/week) with flexibility; variable days, weekends and holidays as needed. Marriott and/or hotel experience a PLUS. Pay is based on experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Exceptional customer service skills (2+ years of experience)

At least two years previous hotel front desk or related experience

Able to lead and supervise other associates effectively (1-2 years of experience)

Availability to work a variable work schedule

Performance Expectations

Process and help other front desk associates process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key

Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary

Follow up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues; compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists and complete cashier and closing reports

Assist management in training, motivating and coaching front office associates

Perform Front Desk duties when subordinate staff are unable to complete their duties or as other guest demands require.
