Job Summary:
The Total Compensation Coordinator supports the efficient HR operations by coordinating administrative compensation tasks, maintaining HR compensation records, and assisting HR Director of Total Compensation and Employment with other compensation-related issues. Exercise complex problem-solving techniques that include a combination of College procedures, applicable collective bargaining language, legal compliance, and alignment with similar past situations. This role facilitates communication with College employees and supports the implementation of compensation plans & initiatives, fields all compensation-related questions from College employees and other Human Resource team members. Act as subject matter expert in all areas related to applicable collective bargaining agreements related to compensation, salary tables, and salary prorations. Demonstrate a commitment to the diversity of a multi-cultural population, as well as work effectively in a team-based environment, seeking continuous improvement and adherence to the community college philosophy. Assist with the compensation estimates during the negotiations of Collective Bargaining Agreements.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree related to Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Payroll or closely related field with minimum of 2 years' experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated experience in the area of human resources and/or compensation,
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of a regulatory environment with annuity/pension.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with and reporting to ORS/MPSERS pension system
Experience working with Ellucian Banner software
