Hourly Wage: $39.001.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs
- Develop training material for each role and process
- Track and compile collected data
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
- Communicate training needs and resources
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Test and review created materials
- Maintain a database of all training materials and cross training matrix
- Participate in testing /certification process
- Conduct training through new materials
- Review and track employee performance and learning
2.Professional Experience:
- Ability to speak in public to small groups of people
- Three years, five preferable, in FUB operations, knowing and certified in each role.
- Have been an Operator level 2, step 4 for at least a year.
- Been able to document and keep track of training progress per person
- Experience in the use of Microsoft office software , Excel , word , PowerPoint and outlook
3.Education & Specialized Technical Skills:
- At least 3 Years on FUB Department
- Certified in every single one of the operation roles within the department
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
- Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
- Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/goals
- Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with different levels of management
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Good mentorship and training skills
- Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
4.Environment and Behavioral Profile:
- Exposure to loud noise that may exceed 87 decibels
- Must be able to complete task under extreme hot climate temperatures internally on the shop-floor, which can exceed 110°F
- Must have the ability to multi task in a fast pace environment
5.Linguistic Profile:
- Most, if not all, communication verbally and written is in English
6.Mobility and Physical Requirement profile:
- Work location is Barnwell, SC and operates in a manufacturing environment.
- Be expected to stand for a full shift. Employee will be required to perform climbing stairs, walking, squatting, kneeling, or driving lift truck duties at variable frequency.
- There is occasional lifting that may require handling of components which can weigh up to 50 lbs.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and walk and talk or hear; use hands and finger, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
- The employee must occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, ambient air, temperature extremes, combustible dust fumes or airborne particles, traffic, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, and vibration.
