Fuel Dispatch - Leiszler Oil : Job Details

Leiszler Oil - Dispatch •Schedules fuel deliveries to company owned and/or customer owned sites. •Organizes fuel orders and assigns to company drivers to ensure maximum efficiency. •Responsible for ensuring low-cost fuel purchases to maximize margins. •Monitor daily/hourly price fluctuations and adjusts scheduled deliveries accordingly. •Arranges shipments by checking inventory levels; anticipating delivery requirements; placing and expediting orders. •Verifies product shipped by matching bills of lading; reconciling quantities; noting discrepancies. •Enters and reconciles all deliveries with fuel invoices and correctly errors as needed. •Bills customers in a timely accurate manner. •Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of fuel availability, shipment date, and current status; answering questions. •Handles issues regarding fuel shortages and developing contingent plans to ensure no outages at the store level. •Monitors customer credit limits to ensure compliance with stated limits •Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. •Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
