Job Summary:

If you're looking for an opportunity to head start a career in the financial services industry, or if you you're looking for a fun place to work by the beach even if you're not interested in finance, our Fulfillment Associate is a fun and exciting place to start your career. You will have the position to perform important fulfillment tasks and provide fulfillment support to external and internal clients. You will have the opportunity to work with various departments in the company and learn what the many different roles of PlanMember. You will be responsible for Order Entry System processing including mail sorting, data entry and scanning, shipping confidential client documents, and check handling. In addition you will have the important responsibility with operation and troubleshooting of production machines for in-house print jobs and department mailings.

Salary Range:Starting salary is typically between $44,000 and $49,000 annually, however, it is ultimately determined by the scope of the position the candidate's rel evant experience, credentials/certifications and internal equity.

Essential Job Function: This is an Essential Job Function “Essential Staff” position for the purpose of our Business Continuity Plan “BCP”. This distinction means you are expected to be fully prepared to perform essential functions of your job remotely as deemed applicable and necessary by your manager and the Company.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Perform day-to-day mailings to clients, reps, and third party vendors
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to PSC staff
  • Receive, sort and scan (OES) operations mail in a timely manner
  • Produce, assemble, pack and ship marketing materials upon request
  • Pick up and drop off mail to and from Post Office on a rotating basis
  • Logging of live checks received at PSC in internal check blotter
  • Scan operations live checks and check copies to custodian bank daily using Remote Deposit Capture on a rotating basis
  • Provide support to fulfillment/OES supervisor in production color machine print job requests and troubleshooting from creative services and marketing departments

  • Physical Requirements:• This role typically requires sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods.• Minor lifting of up to 25 pounds and carrying of items may be required.

Education
  • High School Diploma required
  • California Driver's License and clean DMV record
  • Previous work experience in a fulfillment/office setting or warehouse desired but not required
