  • Availability to work Mon - Fri 1:30p - 10:30p, and occasional Saturdays.
  • Employed by Fait for a minimum of 18 months is a plus.
  • A High School Diploma required.
  • Associate degree or the equivalent in relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Directly related Fulfillment Team Leader experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite products required.
  • Ability to handle sending professional emails using proper business etiquette.
  • Must be a true team player; personable, professional, flexible, have a high level of integrity.
  • Attention to detail that will impact profitability.
  • Ability to manage time through multi-tasking and managing several projects at once. Must be flexible and work well under pressure and easily adapt to change.
  • Possess the strength and endurance to stand and walk for a full scheduled shift, and intermittently lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Experience making cost efficient decisions and complying with a department budget.
  • Strong written and verbal communications.
  • High levels of personal accountability; an ability to be responsible for your own actions.
  • Ability to problem solve quickly.
RESPONSIBILITIES - HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE VISION include the following, but are not limited to:
  • Lead, inspire, and develop direct reports to promote Associate growth and a high-performing team.
  • Lead team of -roughly 40 Fulfillment Center Associates (FCA's).
  • Establish yourself as an engaging and inclusive leader with ownership for the team's ability to maximize its productivity, growth and development.
  • Manage to Company Standards including but not limited to, Picking/Checking UPH, Shipping PPH, Picking Accuracy, Checking Accuracy, Stocking Accuracy and Attendance.
  • Analyze performance metrics, creating actionable plans to ensure company goals and objectives are achieved, the facility is operating efficiently, and corrective and preventative actions are created and implemented when necessary.
  • Coach and mentor team of FCA's including, completion of 30/60/90 day reviews for new hires, annual performance reviews, coaching sessions and performance improvement plans (PIP's).
  • Identify training opportunities for FCA's and develop plans to train FCA's to drive growth and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate work schedules for FCA's.
  • Create a positive work environment though real-time observation and specific, constructive and actionable feedback.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the order fulfillment process and implement and communicate solutions and improvements.
  • Oversee daily execution of order fulfillment processes including picking, checking, packing, shipping, stocking, replenishment.
  • Pro-active and timely communication of concerns, issues and ideas for improvement to Management.
  • Maintain organized and clean warehouse.
  • Manage and drive process, operational, and system improvements.
  • Collaborate across departments including but not limited to Fait Leadership, Human Resources, Customer Service, Finance and the Project Team.
  • Participate in the safety committee.
  • Assist in any task requested by either the direct Manager or any person in Management.
  • Maintain a highly efficient work environment.
  • Work as a team within all functional work areas.

IMPROVING THE SYSTEM All Fait Associates are responsible for documenting and fixing problems within the system. In addition, this role is responsible for improvement project participation, planning, communicating and implementing solutions where possible. PERSONAL IMPROVEMENT Fait will provide resources and support, relevant to the position, for education and training as needed. It is the Associate's responsibility to seek approval, schedule and participate in education and/or training that will prepare him/her for present and future needs. A post training recap may be required.
