Position Overview:

The Fulfillment Clerk holds a pivotal role at Aprs Nail, contributing to the seamless processing of orders through meticulous order picking, efficient packing, and timely shipping. Operating within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this role is key to meeting customer ship date demands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing:

Execute precise picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders within designated timeframes.

Ensure orders are processed in alignment with company standards and customer specifications.

Uphold a commitment to high-order fulfillment accuracy, minimizing errors through precision and attention to detail.

2. Inventory Management:

Monitor and regulate inventory levels within the distribution center, demonstrating a proactive approach.

Conduct routine cycle counts to maintain optimal accuracy in inventory records.

Collaborate closely with the inventory team to address discrepancies and uphold optimal stock levels.

3. Quality Control:

Perform thorough quality checks on products before packing to ensure compliance with Aprs Nail standards.

Identify and promptly report any product quality or packaging issues to the relevant supervisor.

4. Documentation:

Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.

Generate and affix shipping labels, packing slips, and other essential documentation to ensure operational efficiency.

5. Miscellaneous Duties:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics is advantageous.

Preferably, prior experience in a fulfillment or distribution center role.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Familiarity with warehouse equipment and operations.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Capability to lift/move 20-40 lbs. on a regular basis.

Basic skills in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), data entry, mathematics, and reading.

Minimum of 1+ years of warehouse experience.

Salary: $21.00/hour
