Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist Department: Hand Fulfillment Reports To: Hand Fulfillment Supervisor FLSA Status: Non-exemptPay Band: 9 Wage Range: $17.00-$21.00Shift: 1st Shift - 7AM-3PM Shift Differential Range: NAJob Summary:A Fulfillment Specialist will perform data entry for clients on their websites, be able to meet customers' deadlines and expectations and be able to run equipment when needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scan/Type customer information into database.
- Check for product quality.
- Fill trays/boxes then stack on pallets
- Find and prepare tray tags.
- General clean up as needed.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks to maintain optimal equipment performance.
- Follow all Nahan safety and quality standards.
- Work assigned shifts, including weekends and overtime, as required.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Skills Abilities Required:
- Mechanical aptitude, ability to learn mechanical aspects of equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects, use basic math and ruler.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical specifications.
- Strong Computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
- Excellent time management skills and organizational skills.
- Proficiency/fluent with English language, both written and verbal.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- On -the-job training provided.
- Prior printing experience preferred.

The employee may be exposed to adverse weather conditions, extended seasonal hours, high precarious places, and confined spaces.
