Role description:The Fulfillment Supervisor leads, manages, holds accountable and supports a team of fulfillment pharmacy technicians responsible for timely and accurate order fulfillment processes, including packaging, labeling, dispensing, toting and shipment preparation. You are expected to effectively supervise and assist in all fulfillment functions to ensure tasks areexecuted with an emphasis and laser focus on accuracy, timeliness and guarantees made to our partner communities. A core function of this role is to enhance employee engagement and build of team of RPRS (Right Person, Right Seat) and GWC (Get it, Want it, Capacity to do it) individuals. This position reports to the Director of Pharmacy and is classified as exempt.

Position Priorities:1. Ongoing assessment of new and existing staff2. Organization of all fulfillment work areas3. Training and Remediation of staff / processes as needed4. Staff Schedule Optimization5. Automation Optimization6. Monday through Friday “Out Time” Goal of 10:30p or earlier

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):• Lead, manage, and hold accountable (LMA) – We are structured and organized according to the EntrepreneurialOperating System (EOS) explained in the book Traction by Gino Wickman. You can learn more about EOS here:• Supervises and directs daily workflow in Fulfillment to ensure all tasks, orders, and requests are promptly processedand any exceptions are immediately addressed to meet our customer's needs.• In collaboration with the Director of Pharmacy, responsible for fulfillment technician scheduling.• Directs, delegates, and/or assists with the training of fulfillment personnel• Responsible for ensuring fulfillment team puts away inventory timely and per organizational standards, works withInventory LMA on best practices.• Assesses team members to ensure they are following process and meeting metric expectations; shares feedback,retrains, remediates, or counsels as necessary• Production Support as needed• Reports and discusses scorecard metrics with team members• Lead daily team huddles and L-10 meeting, timely reports department metrics in scorecards• Conduct monthly individual 1:1s with direct reports• Leads by example exhibiting the CORE Values each day, adheres to MMP Behavior Standard• Encourages teamwork and promotes company philosophy• Attends required company meetings• Completes all required courses in adherence with PRS compliance system• Is prompt and able to perform the required duties of the position on a regular, predictable basis• All employees are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all• Other duties/projects as assigned

Qualifications:• 5+ years supervisory experience in a high-paced, volume, turnover environment, preferably leading a team of 10+hourly staff• 3+ years' experience as a contributor in in a high-paced, high-volume, and growing production environment. • Licensed, and in good standing, Illinois Pharmacy Technician (will require national certification within 2 years of receiving IL Pharmacy Technician license).• Pharmacy Technician National Certification preferred• Ability to work an evening schedule, if/when necessary• Proven track record of managing workflow through achieving / evaluating metrics and KPIs• Prior experience working and troubleshooting high-dollar automation equipment, preferably pharmacy automation• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Concepts / Process Improvement / Operations Optimization preferred• Ability to train, develop, and assess – new and existing team members• Ability to have regular coaching and counseling sessions to ensure staff is RPRS• Ability to work with different personalities to maximize production/quality metrics and collaborative working relationships• Advanced computer skills; Proficiency in Framework and Docutrack preferred• Must have high energy, be interactive, have a strong work ethic, be well organized, and a self-starter.
