Packed orders are well labeled and organized for seamless distribution.Prep and ship orders: Pack frozen items and dry ice into boxes for shipment, including marketing items, customer notes, and additional information as needed.Fill-in and Cover for team members: Step in and cover for other team members when they are scheduled for vacation or out sick.Lead your team: Assist the Fulfillment General Manager in maintaining accuracy when packing orders and accounting for inventory.Requirements and Skill SetsThrive in a fast-paced work environment.Self-motivated and comfortable working alone and alongside others.Proactive about managing problems, including interpersonal conflict.Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Open and proactive communicator with a passion for connecting with people.Enthusiastic about learning to use new digital tools including scales, label makers, apps, and spreadsheets.Comfortable with troubleshooting digital tools like smartphones and tablets.Basic computer literacy, including Google Drive.Have a smartphone for communications while on the job.Maintain a driver's license in good standing.Able to safely drive a truck and trailer, including skill in backing a trailer.Able to lift 60 lbs.Typical Hours:Varies. 15-30/week. Mandatory work days: Sun, Mon, Tues. Flexible Fri or Sat. Mondays and Tuesdays start at 6 am. Flexible start time Wed-Sun. Attend daily team check-ins (15 min) when you are working.
