Position: Full-Time, Full Charge Bookkeeper, 3 Years Experience Required, Hourly rate will depend on experience A growing Tax and Bookkeeping Firm in Valencia is looking for a highly organized and detail- oriented individual. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Bookkeeper job duties include, but are not limited to: · Full Charge Bookkeeping from Bank Reconciliation to Financial Statements on Quickbooks Desktop and Online. Quickbooks knowledge is required· Qualifications: Minimum 3 year of full charge bookkeeping experience working in an accounting office· Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is required· Must be a fast typist· MUST have organization skills· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Must be able to Communicate with Clients via phone · Must understand Debits & Credits· Other Bookkeeping & Projects as Needed· Preparation of Payroll · Preparation of Payroll Tax Deposits · Preparation of Quarterly/Annual Payroll Tax Returns · Preparation of W-2s/W-3s · Preparation of 1099s/1096s · Preparation of Quarterly/Annual Sales Tax Returns · Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Sales Tax Deposits · Preparation of Annual Business Licenses · Preparation of Form 571-Ls · Lacerte tax program experience a plus· Must be available to work evenings, weekends & overtime during tax season (January 2-April 30 & September 1-October 17) · Must have great research skills and be resourceful· Ability to work in a team and learn quickly· Ability to multitask, be flexible, to work quickly and deliver under tight deadlines in a calm manner· Must be ok with dogs· Desire and ability to grow with the position
