Growing non-profit located in Boulder is currently seeking a sharp and motivated Full Charge Bookkeeper to add to their team!The Full Charge Bookkeeper will report directly to the CFO .Location: Boulder/OnsiteFull Charge Bookkeeper duties:-High volume accounts payable processing in QuickBooks-Heavy reconciliations-General ledger cleanup-Journal entries-Maintaining the fixed Asset subledger-Monthly financials for each dept.-Bank reconciliations-Create and track budgets-Sales tax returns and 1099'sFull Charge Bookkeeper skills and experience:-5 years of related experience-QuickBooks experience-Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience including VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting and bookkeepingHours for Full Charge Bookkeeper are Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00Local Full Charge Bookkeeper candidates onlyFull Charge Bookkeeper candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check#INFEB2025#ZRCFS
