Compensation: $180K – $240K + Equity + $10K – $50K Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Implement: Architect and implement full-stack features that create direct value for customers across both frontend and backend systems.
• AI Integration: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, applying and innovating on the latest technologies in artificial intelligence.
• Performance Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize performance, ensuring code quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and customer success teams to respond to customer feedback and continuously improve the product.
• Ownership: Take a founder's approach by driving projects from inception to completion, making a significant impact on company growth and success.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong expertise in JavaScript (TypeScript a plus).
• Proven experience building and maintaining scalable web applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to clean, efficient coding.
• Experience with AI model integration and a keen interest in AI and machine learning.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and values diverse perspectives.
