About the Team & Role:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team focused on intelligent routing solutions. This role involves developing and optimizing routing systems for phone calls, chats, and task management, leveraging Amazon Connect as a core platform. You will work on a full-stack application, with a primary focus on backend development (70% backend, 30% frontend).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications supporting Amazon Connect for intelligent call and chat routing.
  • Build serverless applications using AWS services such as Lambda, RDS, and VPC.
  • Develop and optimize APIs, ensuring seamless communication between backend services and front-end applications.
  • Implement frontend solutions using Vue.js to create interactive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Configure and manage networking components including ALBs (Application Load Balancers) and other AWS network configurations.
  • Deploy and manage applications using Bogie Jenkins pipelines for CI/CD automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the system.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of full-stack development experience with a focus on backend development.
  • Strong JavaScript skills, including experience with Vue.js for frontend development.
  • Proficiency in Node.js, with experience in building scalable backend applications.
  • Hands-on AWS experience, including:
  • AWS Lambda (building serverless functions)
  • Amazon RDS (database management)
  • VPC (network configurations, ALBs)
  • Bogie Jenkins pipelines (CI/CD automation)
  • Strong understanding of API design (RESTful services).
  • Experience working with cloud-based, scalable, and distributed systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other front-end frameworks (React, Angular).
  • Knowledge of AI-driven routing strategies.
  • Familiarity with contact center solutions and telephony systems.
