About Client: The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries. Salary Range: $115K-$120K/Annum Job Description: Technical Skills:

• Full stack lead developer having strong hands-on experience in developing microservice applications using Java stack in Agile development environment.
• Must have prior experience in a customer facing role with strong communication skills across multiple teams.
• Must have at least 8 years of hands-on experience on Java microservice development.
• Must have at least 6 years of hands-on experience in developing microservice applications using Java
• Skills required:
• Core Java
• Spring, Spring Boot
• Experience in PCF/Cloud is a great plus.
• JIRA, Bamboo, Bitbucket
• Must have good understanding of TDD and unit testing.
• Good knowledge and experience in Agile Development

Process Skills:

• Thorough understanding of agile development methodology
• Very good experience in Test Driven Development.
• Very good understanding of test automation process
• Strong communication skills
• Team player rather than an individual contributor
• At least 6 years of development experience including.
• able to work directly with customer stakeholders.
• able to communicate clearly in oral and writing.
• identify risks, plan mitigation.
• escalate on time to customers and leaders.
• good in prioritizing work and time management
• good problem-solving skills, able to think out of the box
