Full Stack Software Developer We have an opening for a full-stack Software Developer to join Dealer Teamwork's fast-growing development team! You will combine your strong technical expertise and passion for problem-solving to make an immediate impact in designing, developing, and deploying maintainable and scalable technology solutions in our cloud-centric environment. We're looking for someone with a continuous improvement mindset, creative problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, and a demonstrated ability to plan and implement high-quality solutions to address business needs. As a new member of our development team, you will have the opportunity to hone your craft while working alongside a team of collaborative and motivated developers, owning decisions and strategies on technical solutions, and engaging in every stage of the software development process. Key Responsibilities:

• Work as a member of the development team to deliver the highest quality software solutions for our clients
• Engage in planning solutions for product feature work, including supporting vetting new ideas, owning technical designs, and providing suggestions for overall product improvements
• Implementing business functionality by working closely with development, business, account management, and infrastructure team members
• Improving product code quality and maintainability through clearly defined standards and code reviews
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements: We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years experience with one or more of the following languages: PHP, JavaScript, Java, C#
• 2+ years experience with one or more of the following database systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL
• Experience delivering software solutions in an Agile environment
• Knowledge of OOP concepts and design patterns
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications Earn bonus points by telling us about your experience in the following:

• 2+ years experience using one or more of the following IDEs: Intellij, PhpStorm, Visual Studio
• Experience working in a cloud-centric environment (such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience using modern JavaScript frameworks to build user-friendly and accessible interfaces (such as Angular, React, etc.)
• Experience and interest in digital marketing concepts such as search engine/social media marketing, search engine optimization, and data analytics
