• Position: Full-Stack TypeScript Developer
• Visa Status: US citizen

Responsibility:The PSS-1 Software Systems Development (SSD) Team is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Software Developer (SD). The SSD team is dedicated to developing software tools that support ALDWP organizations in achieving their mission objectives. In this role, the Software Developer will specifically contribute to the development of the new F.O.R.G.E. web application. The team follows the SCRUM Framework for software development, so it's crucial that the Software Developer is comfortable and experienced working within this agile methodology. The following technical skills are required:

• C# .NET Development: Proficient in developing applications using the C# programming language within the .NET framework.
• Blazor Web Applications: Experience in developing web applications using Blazor, a framework for building interactive web UIs using C#.
• Microsoft SQL: Competence in working with Microsoft SQL for database management, including writing and optimizing queries.
• Microsoft IIS Web Hosting Environment: Knowledge of managing and configuring applications within the Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) web server environment.
• Entity Framework: Proficient in using Entity Framework, an ORM (Object-Relational Mapper) for data access in .NET applications.
• LINQ: Skilled in using Language Integrated Query (LINQ) to perform data queries directly within C# code.
• SignalR: Experience in using SignalR for enabling real-time, dynamic updates in web applications.
• Single Sign-On (SSO) and SAML Authentication: Knowledge of implementing and managing Single Sign-On (SSO) and SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) for user authentication and authorization.
• API Development: Capable of designing, developing, and securing APIs for application communication and integration.
• Securing APIs: Proficient in applying security best practices to protect APIs from vulnerabilities.
• Unit Testing: Experience in writing and executing unit tests to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the software.
• Azure DevOps - Including Pipelines: Familiar with Azure DevOps tools, particularly in managing CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment processes.
• SCRUM Development Environment: Comfortable and experienced in working within a SCRUM-based development team, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and other agile practices.
