Job Description :

GRS Community Management is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our onsite team on in Wesley Chapel area. The candidate will work closely with the on-site Association Manager in the daily operations of the Association with a goal to maintain, enhance the property values and assets of the Association.

hourly range $24 based on experience

Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the HOA, clubhouse management, and interfacing with residents, the HOA Board and committees.
  • Work in conjunction with the property manager to process all community
  • Prepare monthly board meeting, annual, and budget meeting packages as requested by the association manager

ARB requests, work orders.

  • Answer all calls and emails from homeowners, board members, and manager in a timely manner
  • Prepare and submit check requests for processing
  • High attention to detail and follow up skills
  • Minimum 2 years strong Administrative experience
  • Experience in Office 365, Word and Excel if needed
  • Cinc experience but will train
