Full Time Day Custodian - Morris Area Public Schools : Job Details

Full-Time Day Custodian Morris Area Schools is looking for an energetic, positive, hard worker to join our Buildings And Grounds Staff as a Full Time Day Custodian. This is a year-round position with competitive pay and benefits.

• The primary duties of this Full Time Day Custodian Position are: daily cleaning of an assigned portion of the Elementary, lunch room set up and cleaning, monitoring facility request and needs, event set up and cleanup, assigning cleaning and duties to evening custodians.
• Occasional weekend and evening duties. This position is supervised and reports to the Buildings and Grounds Director.
• Individuals interested in applying must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, capable of working on their feet for extended periods of time, able to climb ladders, basic computer knowledge, have good communication skills, ability to plan and schedule tasks.
• Boilers license not required but beneficial. Willingness to acquire a boilers license would be beneficial.
