- Fielding new business opportunities, completing next actions in coordination with various internal stakeholders, and scheduling and documenting actions in design sessions to create potential new programs and projects.
- Communicating with teams on a quarterly basis to collect and enter program impact metrics, analyzing data and presenting findings to teams, and preparing post-meeting briefs with necessary action plans.You will support the organization's board of directors by:
- Supporting board member outreach, recruitment, onboarding, and transitions through preparing project plans, background documents, and internal and external communications.

This role would add to a small but increasingly sophisticated strategy and board department focused on building FAS' long term strategy, organizational processes, and board of directors.The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong project management skills, an ability to see beyond the task at hand to understand the bigger picture, an ability to manage up and a familiarity with executive communication.This position will be a hybrid role, meaning that both remote and in-person work can be accommodated, generally two to three days per week on-site, and two to three days per week remote.
