Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive experience from the moment they arrive
• Manage appointments efficiently, both in-person and over the phone
• Provide detailed information about our services and products
• Process sales transactions and assist with product recommendations
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk environment
• Available to work Monday through Friday, with flexibility to accommodate occasional evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience required; sales experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
