Job Description Are you a highly motivated individual looking for a more flexible work schedule? Marsden South has an immediate opening for a Full-Time general cleaner with Forklift experience! Join an essential company to service the buildings and facilities in your community. Learn new, practical skills and gain experience with on-the-job training. As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll be:

• Taking out the trash
• Sweeping/Mopping
• Stripping/Waxing
• Dusting
• Emptying Garbage
• Forklift - will be used to transport garbage

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• Able to understand English written instructions
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to walk; stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with arms; talk or hear
• Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Forklift experience a MUST
