Lighthouse Pointe Village, a vibrant independent living community, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team! In this multifaceted role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents. You will also contribute to a positive dining experience by assisting in the dining room during meal times.

What You'll Do:

• Housekeeping Duties:
  • Clean and sanitize resident apartments on a regular basis, following established procedures.
  • Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Empty trash and replace liners.
  • Replenish supplies as needed.
  • Report any maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Ensure all cleaning products and equipment are used safely and properly.
• Dining Room Service:
  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables for meals.
  • Serve residents their meals efficiently and courteously.
  • Replenish food and beverage items during meal service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Who You Are:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality cleaning standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (a plus, depending on company policy).
• Respect for resident privacy and confidentiality.
