Position Overview

• Respond to inquiry calls for potential admissions and general information.
• Gather necessary information to facilitate the admissions process.
• Provide referrals for individuals not suitable for admission.
• Handle pre-authorization processes for services.
• Welcome patients and assist with paperwork upon their arrival at the facility.

Education: Bachelor's Degree required.

Certifications/Licenses: CPI/CPR as per policy. Current licensure or certification by discipline is preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in crisis management or intake is preferred.
