Job Objective:
Coordinates and performs maintenance and repair of physical structures and grounds by performing the following duties.
Essential Functions:
- Schedule and complete work repair orders from the Director of Operations.
- Work overtime in emergencies or arrive early in order to complete needed repairs with limited disruption of residence and operations.
- Use back guard provided when doing any substantial lifting or moving.
- Support the mission statement of The Salvation Army
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or administrator.
