SummaryMarsden Central is seeking a highly motivated individual with the ability to lead a janitorial team focused on General Cleaning and upkeep of School Grounds. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of both the Elementary and High School. In this role, the Operations Manager supervises and coordinates the activities of associates, ensuring the delivery of required cleaning protocols and adherence to the contracted scope of work across all accounts within their portfolio. This position requires a strong focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service quality, fostering a collaborative team environment and enhancing operational productivity to meet the needs of each healthcare facility.Core Responsibilities
  • Trains supervisors & employees on assigned job duties.
  • Complete safety audits and conduct safety training.
  • Responsible for all aspects of customer engagement.
  • Assigns tasks to associates and inspects completed work to ensure company standards are met.
  • Responsible for checking timekeeping system to verify employee are or have been at job sites.
  • Conducts inspections to maintain a quality level that meets the customer's and the company's standards.
  • Work with vendors to complete any repair work needed - plumbing, electrical, etc.

Requirements:
  • 1 - 2 years experience in commercial cleaning
  • Leadership/People skills
  • A pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen is required
  • Valid driver's license
