Full-Time or Part-Time Caregiver - Home Instead Senior Care : Job Details

Our team is hiring part-time caregivers, also known as Care Professionals, to deliver compassionate and respectful non-medical services that allow seniors to age with dignity.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Offering companionship and engaging in conversation
• Performing light housekeeping and preparing meals
• Providing medication and appointment reminders
• Assisting with grooming and bathing
• Helping with toileting and incontinence concerns
• Caring for individuals with Alzheimer's

While prior caregiving experience is preferred, it is not a requirement. We provide comprehensive training, including an in-house certification for Personal Care tasks, ensuring that our Care Pros feel confident and prepared to assist clients with their emotional, physical, and mental well-being.

To succeed as a Home Instead Care Pro, you need to:

• Show dignity and respect when caring for aging adults and their property
• Communicate with clients in a friendly and compassionate manner
• Exhibit reliability and trustworthiness
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening
• Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Be available to work between 15-40 hours per week
