Full Time Position Available-Mental Health Stabilization Service Clinical Care Coordinator
The MHSS Care Coordinator is responsible for providing a wide range of general support tosynchronize the care of clients who require more intensive intervention and to promote familypreservation utilizing the public mental health system. The position addresses professional andadministrative duties necessary for the efficient use of services by engaging with communityagencies and care providers on the client's behalf to help link clients to community resourcesand follow-up care.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field, BSW preferred. Minimum ofone year related experience in substance use disorders. Extensive knowledge of public andprivate mental health providers and community resources. Ability to collaborate effectively in ateam setting. Ability to maintain effective and professional relationships with clients and others.Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary $46,592.00-$62,493.81 depending on experience, education, and credentials. Benefitsinclude: 10 days paid vacation and 5 days paid sick leave the first year (both vacation and sickleave can be accrued indefinitely); Agency contributions to individual staffs' 403b account paidtwice per year (following 6 months' employment) at a percentage rate approved by the Board ofDirectors; 12 paid holidays per year; health, vision and dental benefits (Agency pays 80% of thepremium); long term disability and AD&D insurance; reimbursement for licensure; continuingeducation assistance; use of company vehicle for business purposes; free parking. Benefits aresubject to change based on the annual budget and board of directors approval.
