This career opportunity will also hold training responsibilities of the Department while promoting the health, safety and well-being of person's served and One Vision employees. (Currently offering a $1500 sign-on bonus)Along with training responsibilities, you will also coordinate the assessment and clinical monitoring of the health and physical welfare of those on your caseload by organizing and implementing all aspects of their nursing care. You will support people with any appointments and monitor the follow up from the appointments.
