PATH is seeking candidates passionate about helping others make a positive change in their lives to join our Interim Housing team as the Safety Support Associate at the Hotel Silverlake location.
ABOUT PATHSince its foundation in 1984, PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) has pioneered bold and effective approaches to assist people experiencing homelessness. PATH operates services throughout California, connecting our clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation and placement assistance, individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing.

ABOUT THE JOBAs part of the Interim housing team, the Safety Support Associate proactively works to ensure the Interim Housing site is a safe environment for all staff, program participants, and visitors. This includes monitoring the site's facilities and grounds for any concerns, building rapport with participants to engage them in maintaining safety at the site, and providing assistance and support when crisis situations do arise. Additionally, this position assists with implementing security and support systems, protocols, and policies.
