Assist teacher in daily activities. Maintain frequent communications with parents about their childs day. Learn and Implement all center policies and state regulations. Ensure a healthy classroom environment including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of children. Feed, Diaper and potty-train children. Clean and sanitize classroom, toys and tables. Interact with children throughout the day. Required Skills. Education:Be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. High energy, positive attitude and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment. A strong understanding of child development.
