Fullstack Java Developer (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, IL; Kennesaw, GA; or Chandler, AZ (3 days in-office per week)

Pay Range: $60-$65/hr

We are seeking a strong Fullstack Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled, 100% hands-on developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and relational databases. This individual will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications in a fast-paced, employee-focused technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and relational databases.
• Provide performance diagnostics at both SQL and system levels.
• Deliver Level 3 development support to end-users and application users.
• Collaborate closely with channel partners to gather and implement requirements.
• Ensure high-quality standards by following best practices in development and providing mentorship on React and related technologies.
• Develop reusable libraries and scalable solutions while ensuring adherence to object-oriented design principles.
• Assist in data transformation, extraction, and migration activities, working closely with the database administrator to optimize Oracle database performance.

Must-Have Skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in software development with a focus on enterprise applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Expertise in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of AEM web framework, XML, SOAP, J2EE, and architectural design patterns.
• Familiarity with scalable application design principles.
• Ability to write reusable and efficient code.
