FULLY REMOTE PLS - LVI Associates : Job Details

LVI Associates is working with a local and technology focused land surveying firm that's seeking an LSIT/PLS to complete technical work FULLY REMOTELY under the direction of the VP/Owner out of Southern California.

This team will consider candidates outside of California if they have their California LSIT/PLS.

Responsibilities of the Land Surveyor:

• Provide professional & technical oversight and guidance
• Produce legal descriptions and map checking as needed
• Perform mathematical calculations, check field data, and be responsible for expert witness surveys
• Perform data reduction, field note reduction, calculations, data checks and construction staking computations using survey programs and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

Qualifications of the Land Surveyor:

• 5+ years surveying, and mapping experience
• Experience in AutoCAD/Civil 3D with demonstrated survey drafting skills
• Ability to read and understand survey drawings, plans & specifications.
• Professional Land Surveyor registration certification preferred, but NOT required.
• Project management experience preferred
