Do you want to work in a unique culture where doing the right thing always comes first and closing the sale is a distant second? Where this is a great team environment that supports one another? Where there are no stressful quotas or constant meetings wanting you to sell, sell, sell? Our client ended 2023 with a lot of momentum and they need more help! Our leads are requesting information, so this is a unique role where you don't cold call, you don't pay for leads, you don't come into an office, and you only work the days/hours that work well for you! If you don't have your license, no problem, that will be partially paid for, and you'll be guided through the process! What You'll Do
- Provide potential customers with information regarding our life insurance over a Zoom call. You will not maintain responsibility for the client if a sale is made, so there are very few administrative duties here!
What We Need
- Good people. You want to make money of course, but you really care about providing others with a much-needed service.
- Team players. Though you are an Independent Agent, you will be part of a team that operates as a unit, providing support and encouragement to one another.
Licensing All agents need to be licensed in Life and Health before they can start selling. The company does pick up 50% of the pre-licensing expense. The average out of pocket expense for a new agent is between $250-$350 spread out over several weeks. You can check with your state Department of Insurance for the exact cost, this will be covered during the interview process as well.
