We will provide the standards and guidelines, while working with you to ensure heat treated materials meet our customers expectations. This is a stable full-time job with onsite training, career growth/development, and extensive educational opportunities. Basic Responsibilities:

• Load and unload baskets, containers and furnaces, preparing loads for heat treat and customer product for shipment
• Maintain orderly storage of fixtures, product and material handling equipment
• Start, operate and shut down furnaces and other equipment
• Earn as you Learn more about heat treat operations and furnace load makeup
