This is a contract position (temp-to-perm), lasting up to 6 monthswith opportunity to become permanent. The hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. The perfect candidate will have the ability to lift at least 50 lbs and have some experience working with shipping and receiving previously.Job Responsibilities:Perform the proper furniture movement process in order to replace, remove and install furniture in student rooms and public lounge areas.Provide excellent customer service to our students in meeting their furniture moving requests.Permitted access to student rooms to move furniture.Assist in maintaining the Furniture storage areas.Assist in shipping and receiving of all Housing Operations furniture and equipment.Job Requirements:Valid Driver's LicenseAbility to lift at least 50 lbsPrior experience working with a moving company is a plus, not requiredJob RequirementsMinimum Security Clearance:No
