We are dedicated to showcasing exceptional artworks and providing an unparalleled experience for our clients.Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Gallery Administrator and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the gallery, combining administrative tasks with a strong focus on managing our online presence. The ideal candidate will have prior social media experience, be proficient in various administrative functions, and possess a passion for art. This position is flexible and can be part-time (3 days per week) or full-time (5 days a week).Key Responsibilities: Website and Online Presence:- Maintain and update the gallery's website with new artwork, exhibitions, and events.- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, etc.).- Monitor website, social media and google analytics, and generate reports on performance metrics.- Update and manage social media postings regularly.Inventory and Artwork Management:- Oversee inventory management, including tracking artwork and ensuring accurate records.- Assist with the installation and display of artwork, ensuring optimal lighting and presentation.- Manage and document shipping, receiving, and stock transfers.- Organize and properly store flat art.Administrative and Operational Tasks:- Manage open orders and act as a liaison between gallery staff and order fulfillment.- Order & Re-stock collateral, bios, forms, kitchen & bath supplies, and ancillary products.- Track and mail certificates of authenticity.- Fax, file, copy, and organize documents.- Maintain office equipment and handle minor repairs or maintenance.Event and Show Assistance:- Assist in show preparation, including coordinating with caterers and entertainment providers.- Attend and assist with gallery events and exhibitions.- Help with lighting adjustments and replacing bulbs as needed.Additional Duties:- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all gallery, corporate, and production staff.- Perform miscellaneous errands and gallery functions as needed.- Carry out other duties as may be assigned from time to time.What We Offer: - Competitive salary based on experience.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- A supportive and creative work environmentFor Full-time employees:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offHow to Apply: Please submit your resume, a cover letter detailing your relevant experience, and links to any social media profiles or online portfolios via on-line application or send to

They must have physical dexterity and the ability to carefully handle objects, as well as ability to lift and move items of various weights and sizes.
