Ideal candidates will be centrally located in the Hudson Valley and live within a reasonable drive to Newburgh, NY. Relocation candidates will not be considered for the role. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, engaging with customers, and providing expert guidance on their range of garage door products.Compensation:Base salary: $65,000 - $80,000 depending on experienceCommissions on sales over quotaExcellent Benefits:

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer leads and requests expeditiously, providing accurate and timely information.
• Determine project specifications through careful review of project plans and site visits if necessary.
• Follow up on all quotations to determine project award status, providing additional information or adjusting quotes as needed to close the sale.
• Manage all project submittals and approvals as required, ensuring compliance with project requirements and deadlines.

Outside Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Experience in a residential construction sales or related fields (solar, interior remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, etc) is required
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple project quotations simultaneously and approach work with a sense of urgency.
• Computer proficiency required, including proficiency in CRM software.
• Clean driver's license / background check required
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
