Automatic Gate Operator Technician - No Experience Necessary / We will Train!)

Entrance Systems is looking for Gate Operator Technicians. We are an automated gate installation and service company based in Muskego, WI serving WI, Northern IL, Eastern MN, Eastern IA, and Upper MI. We are currently looking to expand our team and are hiring individuals who possess a good work ethic and desire long term full-time employment. The perfect candidate will have a general knowledge of hand and power tools.

A company vehicle will be provided and all the tools required to do the job.

No experience is necessary. Previous work in fence, overhead door, electronic controls such as those for grain elevators, concrete, masonry, asphalt, and maintenance is applicable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Positive customer focused approach and attitude
• Maintain safe working environment
• Setting Posts
• Installation of Concrete Footings
• Ensure job site is clean and clear of debris
• Installation of gate operators and related controls
• Saw cutting and wiring of inductive loops in asphalt and concrete
• Use problem solving skills to troubleshoot equipment in the field
• Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge and understanding of all parts, part numbers and part descriptions

Job Type:

Required education:

• High school or equivalent

Required license or certification:

• Valid Driver's License

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Ability to sit while driving for long periods of time
• Work outdoors in WI
• Pass a physical exam
