GEAR UP Tutor - Avenal High School - Wonderful Citrus - The Wonderful Company : Job Details

Wonderful College Prep Academy is accepting applications for a full-time tutor in the GEAR UP program at Avenal High School. GEAR UP Tutors will follow the student cohorts through their high school years. Workdays will align with the Reef-Sunset Unified School District and Wonderful College Prep Academy calendars. This position will report to the GEAR UP Coordinator in Avenal, CA. This is an in-person position. The GEAR UP Tutors responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Provide tutoring services to students 1:1 or in small groups in classrooms. Collaborate with and provide support for GEAR UP staff. Work directly with students to provide various academic support services (i.e., tutoring; assisting with completing forms; assisting with workshops). Assist in the planning, organizing, and implementing GEAR UP grant activities. Follow school and GEAR UP protocols and procedures. Perform related duties as assigned.
