Assist for Product Roadmap creation & define product requirements. Your day-to-dayIn your day-to-day role you will Architecting AI/ML systems that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable. Define the plan/work allocation to various developers. Lead end to end development of the product/solutions with result-oriented product mindset. Mentor, Coach & Manage the developers. Assist for Product Roadmap creation & define product requirements. Assist for adoption and promotion of the platform such as conducting open office hours, white-gloving team(s)onboarding etc Write clean, high-performance, high-quality, maintainable code. Implement prompt engineering techniques to fine-tune and enhance LLMs for better performance and application-specific needs. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field of Generative AI Application Development and actively contribute to the research and development of new Generative AI Applications.What do you need to bringA master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience working for a startup or Product leading development and adoption of the product or a platform. Minimum 12 years experience with 5+ in hands-on leading roles. Minimum 3 years people management experience with at least 5 resources directly supervised. Experience in architecting AI/ML systems that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable. Strong communication, planning & cross-functional management. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, ML Platforms, LLMs, Machine Learning etc Experience in development of technical products or platforms for large enterprises. Solid knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control systems (e.g., Git), code reviews, and testing methodologies. Experience with large language models (LLMs) & prompt engineering techniques, vector DB's ( Nice to have ). Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to adapt and learn new technologies and frameworks quickly. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and research.
