Employment is a function that is vitally important to maintaining the integrity of the tribe as a self-governing sovereign nation. The creation of the Chehalis Tribal Member (CTM) labor pool will enable Human Resources to create a Tribal Member skills bank, which will assist in matching positions (temporary, seasonal, permanent, and tribal member development) with Tribal Members that have the desired skill sets to fill the vacancy.
