Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of various departmental reports. Review reports for accuracy and resolve problems. Maintain filing systems and assist in filing. Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge Skills/Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Work experience as a departmental clerk. Previous experience with Microsoft Office software and Excel. Hands-on experience with office equipment (printers, computers, fax machine...).
